Yesterday night went popular wit dear to walk walk .. hah .. lol .. then b4 we left popular i saw this book which is written by Vincent Ng .. who is so happen to b in the same sec sch as me ... tis book is to teach u how to have a lean and sculpted body in ten weeks .. lol ... so i browsed thru e book .. there was alot of information about the calories in food n how much we burn off calories without exercising daily ... and there are some execrise plan which u can follow .. n i bought the book .. well i tink i have to start plan and control what i should eat n i should not eat ...
Well i'll share some information as time goes by ... here is the first one which allows u to see how much ur body burn your calories daily even without doing any exercise ...
For women :
661 + (9.636 x Weight in KG ) (175.2 x Height in Meters ) - (4.7 x age ) = BMR ..
For men :
67 + (13.728 x Weight in KG ) + (508 x Height in Meters) - (6.9 x age ) = BMR ..
BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate ...
So whats ur BMR? ....
